We offer services of Finish Machining, based on the drawings and requirements of the customer. Our skilled operators along with the help of seasoned machinists ensure delivery of the job that requires expert methods and careful handiwork. Our technicians have developed tried and tested techniques to ensure maximum accuracy and quality, with the shortest delivery time.
MILLING & BORING
on Floor Borer with 3200mm of travel
We offer complete milling and boring services, which is performed on our floor boring machine. Jobs with weight of upto 25 M.Tons can be milled, drilled, bored, slotted etc. Equipped with a Digital Read-Out on every axis, we are capable of achieving an accuracy within 2 microns.
BANDSAW CUTTING
Completely Automatic
Our machines are capable of giving very high output as they are Completely Automatic and do not require constant intervention from the operator, which gives us the edge to give quick delivery. Our machines are also equipped with LM Guideways, which makes us capable in cutting stock Round, Square and Hollow bars with accuracy within 0.5mm of the desired length.
FABRICATION
Light to Medium Fabrication
Our in house experienced Technicians make it possible to fabricate structures which are Light to Medium complexity in nature. These fabrications can be machined in our shop itself, so we can give a complete solution of Raw Material to Finished Product at one stop.
Proof Machining
Heavy to Very Heavy Round Machining
Our shop is equipped with state of the art lathes imported from Czech Republic with a maximum turning dia of 1250mm and length upto 8250mm. They can handle shafts / bars upto 25 M.Tons for Proof Machining. As these machines have such a robust structure, they are capable of taking cuts of upto 25mm while turning, due to which we can process and deliver the jobs at astounding speeds.
